Check-In Time is 2:00 pm. Early check in is dependent on room availability for php200 per hour.

CHECK OUT TIME

Check-out Time is 12:00 noon. Guests may request for an extension dependent upon room availability for Php200 per hour.

For a relaxing massage, we offer massage inside the room. Advance reservation required. For information and reservations, inquire at our front desk.

All rooms are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning.

BAGGAGE COLLECTION AND STORAGE

Baggage handling and storage services are available 24 hours a day.

CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATE

The Hotel currency exchange rate is based on weekly posted rates provided by the Central Bank of the Philippines.
Check at the Reception Desk for current rates. We accept major currencies as payment. We do not exchange currencies.

Mini bar is available with a corresponding charge. Mini bar list and prices are placed in the basket. All consumed items will be charged upon check out.
Complimentary bottled water is given upon check in placed on top of the table.
Room slippers are available upon request. Shaver is available for a corresponding charge.

Parking is free of charge for Hotel guests. There are 24-hour security personnel to monitor the parking area and vehicles.

SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES

Valuables may be kept in the safety deposit box located inside the room.

SMOKING POLICY

All rooms are equipped with smoke detectors. Smoking inside the room is not encouraged.

PETS

We love animals, however, we respect that not all guests do and therefore do not allow pets in our rooms.
We regret that a Php 1,500 room cleaning fee will be charged in the event of having pets in the room.
